The Alfred Artingstall Prize is provided annually to support a high achieving student completing the Bachelor of Music OR Bachelor of Music (Honours) or Master of Music (Orchestra Performance, who has demonstrated the most outstanding performance on violin or viola.
Consideration will be made for preference will be given to applicants demonstrating greatest financial need. This will be determined by providing a personal statement within the application and also by completion of the University’s Financial Needs Assessment form (if you did not already do this in round 1, which closed 10 March 2025).
This awards is specific to current students of violin or viola at the Faculty of Fine Arts and Music.
